Cancellation & Return policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled until your order is shipped.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

We are not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient.
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email with Video of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time in order for us to accept the request.
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us.
In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product and consult a Physician.
However if it is only a physical damage like a dent or a scratch, we will not be able to process a refund or return.

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur by our courier. Please allow following number of days from receipt of your order.
For domestic – 5 to 14 business days..
Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
